Hands down the best dealer experience I’ve ever had, and probably ever will. Came here to purchase my first motorcycle, Andrew and his coworkers were absolutely top class. They helped me though every step of getting my bike, making sure I had appropriate gear and access to training. Nobody was pushy at all, and were delighted to answer my questions and share their own stories. I will no doubt be coming back here to get my next bike.

Aaron was excellent to work with on the purchase of my Indian. I have now gone through the experience of buying a bike through Indian and a harley davidson dealer, and my experience at RideNKY was far superior. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market and don’t want to feel like roadkill surrounded by vultures when you walk in the door.

I had my break in service done on my Indian scout rogue at indian of northern Kentucky and I also upgraded to the stage 1 air intake and tune and I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received. The sales and service staff were amazing today! I drove 1.5 hours here and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this dealership and a job well done to the manager. This is the friendliness and transparency I hoped to find when I buy or get my bike serviced. They also had a impressive amount of bikes in stock. Side note I can’t believe how much more power my scout has after the stage 1 upgrade!

Wow! Great experience purchasing my dream motorcycle. I met Scott in the showroom to see what Indians they had in stock. Great selection and the color I wanted. It took me three weeks to make up my mind, but once I did, they made the process easy and thorough. The way they do their final lap is great. You see new riding gear, then parts went over the bike and answered all my questions and showed me prices of upgrades I wanted. Then Tammi in finance was the icing on the cake. It was worth the 2 and 1/2 hour drive to get what I wanted at a great price and had an inedible experience.

Scott is an awesome salesman, I purchased a 2024 Polaris Slingshot from this dealership. When i walked in, i wasn’t tackled, i was given time to look a little before interaction. Scott took the time to show me all the different packages and models. For the first time in my life a dealership told me i could make an offer and they would see if it could be taken. I made a cash offer, scott went to bat for me and came back and said they accepted. He pulled it out for me, topped it off with fuel, and gave me a “victory lap” where i was able to meet service, parts, accessories, and be given a full walk around of my new ride and have everything went over and explained for me. This dealership is awesome! And as long as everything continues to be a positive relationship in the future with services or any issues that may or could arrise, I’ll take my business back to them and recommend them for your purchases!
