***Due to the ever increasing knowledge base required to maintain and repair modern motorcycles, RideNKY is enforcing the following:
10 year age limit for motorcycles
7 year age limit on dirt bikes
***European Brands (Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Etc.) are subject to approval by management.
***Any variations in this rule are at the sole discretion of the Service Manager. If you have purchased a vehicle from RideNKY we will continue to service your machine for a three year period from date of purchase regardless of the age of the unit purchased.
This decision took many years of dealership and customer frustration to come to. Modern motorcycles are becoming increasingly complex with fuel injection and electronic suspension components adding to the already vast knowledge a competent motorcycle technician is expected to have. We have run into part availability issues that are unknown until a repair is already in progress.
***Diagnosis of any machine not under the manufacturer's warranty will require a deposit.
