Demo Waiver

The undersigned, am desirous of obtaining the use of a vehicle from Indian Motorcycle of Northern Kentucky
its Owners, Agents, or Employees, hereafter referred to as the 'Dealer', for a demonstration-test ride.


I understand that such rides or use are furnished to me as a courtesy and in consideration of the Dealer
furnishing a vehicle to me now or in the future, I agree to waive any and all claims, to Indemnify and hold
harmless the Dealer, for any and all injuries to myself, passengers, property damage, losses, claims,
demands, and liabilities, whatsoever, and from all expenses and costs arising in connection with or related
to my use of any dealer vehicle

I further represent to have owned or successfully operated a comparable vehicle to the one that I am about
to use or test ride and as a result certify that I am competent to safely operate the vehicle provided by
the Dealer.

I agree to the use of wearing a full face DOT approved helmet and closed toe shoe.

I will not allow any other person to operate the vehicle entrusted to me.

I will not operate any vehicle loaned to me by the Dealer if I have consumed any alcoholic beverages or
drugs that may impair my abilities within 12 hours of the usage of the loaned vehicle.

I further represent that I am at least 18 years of age and possess a valid motorcycle-endorsed Driver's
License
