With the Tuono V4, even the most extreme riding is a breeze. Faithful to its sporting DNA which is taken to the max even on the road, it is the only hypernaked with a front half-fairing integrated into the frame. Its fully adjustable Sachs suspension and Brembo braking system deliver a top-tier riding experience, enhanced by the aerodynamic effect of overlapping winglets which offer exceptional stability and precision on corners and at high speeds alike. Combined with a comfortable seating positing, aerodynamic protection and efficient heat dissipation, it all adds up to dynamic yet fatigue-free riding that you’ll never want to end.

Unique in every way

The beating heart of the Tuono is its 65° V4 1099cc motor, the culmination of Aprilia engine technology. A one-of-a-kind in terms of performance and visceral sound, it is designed to offer power that is explosive yet fully manageable via the smooth throttle response. Conforming with Euro 5+ standards, it unleashes up to 180 hp and peak torque of 121 Nm with a strong and exhilarating power delivery at all revs, making it perfect even for dynamic road riding.

Designed to dazzle

The Tuono V4 is fitted with an ultramodern 5” TFT dashboard with optical bonding. Handy backlit commands on the handlebars make it user-friendly while ensuring perfect visibility night and day. Aprilia’s technological expertise, forged through world-class competition, reaches its peak with the a-PRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) electronics package. Fully customizable, even via in-app purchase, it elevates performance and safety to extraordinary levels on both the road and the track.

Advanced electronics

The Aprilia Tuono V4 features a-PRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control), with six-axis IMU and a Ride-by-Wire electronic throttle. It includes eight-level Traction Control, three-level Wheelie Control with adaptive and predictive logic, Slide Control and adjustable Engine Brake. The two-way Quick Shift makes for effortless gear changes even going uphill. Three customizable riding modes take care of power output and electronic controls while three-level Cornering ABS ensures outstanding braking manoeuvres even when the bike is leaning.

Optimized ergonomics

The Tuono V4’s ergonomics strike the perfect balance between sportiness and rideability. Meticulously designed aerodynamics divert airflow away from the rider at high speeds, while also extracting hot air from the engine at lower speeds, resulting in a noticeable improvement in riding comfort. The sculpted fuel tank design offers optimal control and feel while riding. You can choose to customize your riding experience travel-specific accessories, such as raised handlebar risers, a comfort seat and a larger windscreen. There are also a host of accessories for your passenger, including lowered footpegs and an enlarged seat with a sturdy grab handle.

Dashboard technology

The Tuono V4 comes with a 5” TFT color instrument panel with optical bonding and a layout that is intuitive and easy to read in all conditions. It can be combined with the optional extra Aprilia MIA connection solution which makes it easy to manage your calls, music selection and navigation tools, including via backlit commands on the handlebars. The LED lighting package includes perimetral DRLs up front and a rear light cluster built into the streamlined and lightweight licence plate frame which can be easily removed before you hit the track.

Aerodynamic

The Tuono V4 is designed to ensure stability even at high speeds and unparalleled cornering precision. The double overlapping wing, derived from MotoGP experience and developed through wind tunnel testing, increases vertical downforce, improving grip and reducing front-end lift. The front half-fairing, which is built into the frame, provides protection without compromising agility. The integration of the rear lights into the licence plate holder optimises shape and aerodynamic flow, with grooves and under-tail surfaces that evoke the gills of a manta ray.

V4 engine

The 1099cc Euro 5+ engine is the legendary Aprilia 65° V four-cylinder. Benefiting from the use of 52-mm throttle bodies, the Tuono V4 is capable of unleashing up to 180 hp at 11800 rpm and peak torque of 121 Nm at 9650 rpm, translating into adrenaline-packed performance every time.

STANDARD ELECTRONIC PACKAGE

The Tuono V4’s standard electronics package draws on the Aprilia Racing team’s extraordinary experience to take your ride to a whole new level. It includes six-axis IMU, three customizable riding modes (User, Tour and Sport) that in turn control three Cornering ABS levels and last but not least, the a-PRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) system that uses an innovative predictive and adaptive logic.

TRACK PACK

Unleash your Tuono V4’s full potential on the circuit with the Track Pack. This includes three additional riding modes (Race, Track1 and Track2), Aprilia Launch Control (ALC) for starting assistance (exclusive to track riding), Pit Limiter (APL) for maximum speed selection and Slide Control (ASC) which predicts and limits rear side skids. Track Pack also includes Dashboard Race with a layout featuring information exclusive to track riding.

COMFORT PACK

RACE PACK

The Race Pack brings you the most advanced racing technology with Corner By Corner, which dynamically adjusts the settings of Aprilia Traction Control (ATC), Aprilia Wheelie Control (AWC) and Aprilia Engine Brake (AEB) in real time. It works in synch with the GPS Module, which activates Lap Trigger and Telemetry functions to automatically detects your position on the track. With Corner By Corner, you can download track layouts, select a-PRC parameters for each sector. The bike recognises the circuit and notifies you on the dashboard, dynamically adjusting configurations as you ride through different sectors. You can also download telemetry data for in-depth analysis.The Race Pack can be purchased as an optional accessory via in-app purchase.
