Job Description:

Help customers get financing for motorcycle purchases. Assure correct preparation and completion of all documents required to transact the sale of new and used motorcycles to retail buyers. Provide care and protection products to retail buyers

Job Responsiblities:

  • Source financing and secure approvals for loan customers

  • Provide customer information to Dealership Management System

  • Prepare Bill of Sale, Buyers Order, and related documents

  • Prepare financing agreements and related documents

  • Present finance and additional care and protection products

  • Prepare all required titling documents

  • Secure buyer signatures and authorizations on all required documents

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, outgoing, and service-oriented motorcycle sales manager to join our team and coach our salespeople to close more deals. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, a strong passion for people, and a solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies.

Job Responsiblities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of motorcycle salespeople

  • Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance

  • Establish and maintain a productive relationship with factory representatives

  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas

  • Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review

  • Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required

  • Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff

  • Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales

  • Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers

Manages parts operations within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Optimizes parts department processes. Attracts, retains, and effectively engages department personnel.

Job Responsiblities:

  • Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction

  • Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations

  • Ships and receives parts orders, stocks inventory

  • Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives

  • Develops and executes Parts Department marketing plan and monitors monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals

  • Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures

  • Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with factory and supplier representatives

  • Manages training for employees needing parts and accessories knowledge

  • Fills in at retail parts counter as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Parts Department operations

  • Needs have working knowledge of motorcycle technology

  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions

  • Ability to lift bulky, and heavy (40 lb) objects

  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups o Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations

  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports

  • Drivers license, preferably with motorcycle endorsement

Job Description:

Performs a variety of customer service, in store marketing, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sells products and/or services to repair/upgrade motorcycles and meet the customer's needs

  • Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with

  • Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly

  • Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur

  • Provide service technicians with parts as required

  • Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealership and customer standards.

  • Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction

  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area

  • When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership

  • Processes new return merchandise as required at a point of sale

  • Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description

  • Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, preferably with motorcycle endorsement
